    Blackpool weekend stay

    The hotel was typical Blackpool hotel did the job for a decent price Although when we got there the lift engineers were just condemning the lift it wasn't working all weekend & my wife with her asthma had to use her inhaler a few times as we were on the 3rd floor. Also staff weren't the most customer friendly with just one word answers to questions

    Would not use again an id say it to anyone

    Sorry but I would not recommend this hotel to anyone worst night sleep ever really uncomfortable sounds like someones coming thro your door when someone passes hear every word spoken from the rooms a round u.An the breakfast i would serve to my dogs felt sick all the way back home...lift didnt work walk up stairs to 3rd floor an you could see all the damo on the walls all the way up....do not use this place

    Friday to Sunday stay

    Our stay at Liberty’s was very peaceful we chose Liberty’s hotel as we thought of the entertainment aspect and didn’t want to be going from pub to pub unfortunately the bar was only open 8pm until 11pm entertainment ended around 10.30pm and no bar service throughout the day maybe this is due to the recent pandemic in not sure. The hotel staff were lovely.. unfortunately the bath was unclean but the room in which we slept in was lovely . We was not aware the hotel had become a pet friendly hotel as this didn’t bother us it could be a problem to other people who maybe have allergies . The breakfast was also very nice . Maybe if they had a bit more entertainment for the guests it would have been a more pleasant stay.

    Wont stay again But room was fine suppose

    The room was clean bed was comfy but when going to the lift theirs a door then a tiny tiny and i mean tiny space then theirs was another door once open sexond door the lift is infront of you it was not good to get a pram in they should open plan it so you just walk througg with any door's eapexially when you have suitcases and bags and pram etc was pretty hard was a few stsirs and alot of doors to just get to our room which was really annoying, but overal was Ok, i would stay, WOULD I STAY AGAIN, PROBABLY NOT. just due to the fact we found it difficult to get to the room and lots of stairs And about 3×3ft small door to door to get out another door with all our bags.

    We had a fantastic stay in this hotel it’s basic but so clean and the staff are amazing! We didn’t eat at the hotel as we wanted to be out early every morning but I heard other guest say the food was ok! We will definitely be returning in the future! Very friendly place to stay!

    Friendly staff and welcome was okay. did question how clean the room was due to very smelly pillows. The bedroom light also took about 5 minutes to work. Lovely shower.

    Dismal hotel service

    As of the pictures show on the hotels.com website. The room I had booked look very nice and respectful. However on arrival the room looks absolutely nothing like the room on the photo. It was horrendous! As of the night me and my partner had spoken to the 24 hour reception desk where a middle aged man reassured us with our visit and told us to speak a lady named Ella. On departure of the next day. We spoke to Ella and she came across as very rude and abrupt. We stated that we was not happy with the room provided and she stated that the room booked from a travel agency is currently false advertising. Ella stated she couldn’t help us with our views and shrugged her shoulders. She did not even have the mercy to form an apology. Furthermore she continued to go on to say we had been given a sea view room. (Which we didn’t request as we weren’t fussed. Indicating that we had been put in the wrong room) she acted as if it was a “bonus” but was nothing more than a diabolical view over a public car park! I am requesting a full refund on my behalf due to the terrible customer service provided and the false advertisement of the bedroom provided. This is unacceptable and I HIGHLY recommend no one stay at this hotel!!!
