Fair at best.
Recently stayed 7 nights with the wife for our 34th wedding anniversary. Overall stay 5.5 on 10. Front desk staff were friendly and accomodating, but few positive points after that. No bell hops or persons to help with luggage.
Disappointed with the hotel itself. Outdated rooms with cheap cabinets and no coffee in room, very plain and unwelcoming. Kitchen sink leaked. I asked a maintenance worker to fix it (and take a look at the phone), he said to talk to front desk. Breakfast buffet was good with good service. Evening buffet for 30 euros was very underwhelming.
Phone in the room, didn't work the entire stay. Pool area was from the 90s, many sun chairs were wornout and uncomfortable or were broken.
The indoor pool is advertised as heated, both pools were not heated.
On the web - Hotel description and pictures are deceptive. The entire property needs a big facelift. And the biggest disappointment was a 10 minute detour walk to get to the ocean, when you can get there in 1 minute, but the hotel blocked access to direct route. Would not stay here again for the money I paid.
