Comfortable beds & location next to park vet convenient However, Walls extremely thin, very little sleep due to party in the room next door until 4am, lots of light and noise shining through interconnecting door. Swimming pool very shallow. Some towels had holes in them. Value Dockside room much better value for money. Only reason to stay at hard rock is fast passes included

We had an amazing stay at the Hard Rock Hotel. The property was beautifully maintained, the rooms were clean, and the location simply can’t be beat. The pool area was fantastic and a great place to unwind. Best of all, the included Express Pass perk makes staying here absolutely worth it. My only minor nitpick is that they definitely need more umbrellas in the pool area—especially during the peak summer heat when shade is hard to come by. Other than that, it was a perfect trip and we would definitely stay here again!

Booked this hotel for the express passes primarily, but what a fantastic hotel. Fantastic pool, my children had the best time in it. Really short walk to the parks and very regular boats. Only fault was VERY expensive pool cocktails - ordered a pina colada (which turned out to be a pre made frozen one from a slush machine) my jaw nearly fell on the floor at the price, would have expected it to made from scratch for the price.
