Fairly happy with my stay, downside is outlets are not near the bed, had to come up with some idea to plug my CPAP machine and make it work. Toilets too close to the shower door, you really have to sit kinda sideways. Overall the staff really made up for it, I'd probably stay again if less than 3 days

O EZ hotéis é sempre maravilhoso a hospedagem, desde o check-in funcionários atenciosos como. Natália, Leonardo e o Guilherme e outros. O que está fazendo falta é a Van que fazia translado pro metrô/shopping no horário certo e a agora é um carro de passeio e ida é fácil vc agendar, porém a volta fica difícil saber o horário preciso e deixar agendado. No resto indico o EZ hotéis.

Restaurante de muita qualidade,atendimento na recepção excelente! Muito cuidadosos na garagem,com os carros, sem serem burocráticos demais. Super atenciosos. Acho que apenas a parte d walker deixou a desejar com uma piscina muito fria que, de noite (e até de dia) era praticamente inutilizada, ja que não bate sol na parte interna do condomínio em qualquer momento do dia. Deveriam aquecê-la. A localização do hotel está próximo a restaurantes, hortiffruties,padaria e lava jato. Tem Um transfer agendado de hora em hora para o shopping mais próximo da cada 30 minutos para o metrô.

Precisa melhorar
Éramos 3 pessoas, ficamos em um apartamento com 2 dormitórios, diária de R$ 880. Na sala não há ar-condicionado. Tem somente nos quartos, sendo que era só 1 controle de ar para os 2 quartos. Se você acordasse no meio da noite com frio, teria que buscar o controle em outro local para mudar a temperatura. Questionei isso na recepção, e disseram que era isso mesmo. A internet não funciona no banheiro. Não há TV nos quartos. Há poucas tomadas, sendo que 2 não estavam funcionando. Não há louças nem talheres, então não adianta nada ter micro-ondas no apartamento. Não tem cafeteira no apartamento. O assento sanitário está descascando. A tampa da lixeira do banheiro não encaixa e fica caindo. Não há ganchos no banheiro ou nos quartos para pendurar necessaires ou bolsas. Deveria haver assentos pra 4 pessoas fazerem uma refeição, já que o apartamento diz comportar 4. O frigobar já vem lotado com as coisas do minibar, o que acaba atrapalhando o uso. Sobre o transfer, ninguém avisa que é preciso reservar antes, aí você chega no horário para embarcar e passa constrangimento por não ter reservado.
