6/10 Good

Staff very lovely and helpful, great location for theatre stays and a 10 minute walk to the centre. Was unable to locate hotel parking due to road works and one way system. Parked at Charing Cross car park 5 minutes walk away, Standard room was very basic, we have had better rooms in much cheaper hotels. Bath did not drain while showering, no locks on either toilet or bathroom (seperate) door to bathroom did not close fully.

10/10 Exceptional

The staff were so nice to us, we brought our dog last minute and that was seamless, jus paid £10 and she was welcomed and fussed over. When I arrived to check in I explained I had come down with the cold and asked if the room had a bath, they moved us around to a different room to make sure I could have a soak in the tub, were super friendly and thoughtful. The room was lovely and location excellent for us going to see a show at the Kings Theatre along the road.
