The staff were so nice to us, we brought our dog last minute and that was seamless, jus paid £10 and she was welcomed and fussed over. When I arrived to check in I explained I had come down with the cold and asked if the room had a bath, they moved us around to a different room to make sure I could have a soak in the tub, were super friendly and thoughtful. The room was lovely and location excellent for us going to see a show at the Kings Theatre along the road.

Great city centre location, easy walking distance to main shopping areas & queens square train station. Could walk to OVO & SEC on a decent day, but due to heavy rain we didn’t and got taxi. Ordered via hotel waited no longer than 5 mins and was £10. Room was spacious 2 double beds, toilet separate from Bathroom, great idea! Room was warm in night. Never had breakfast but did order pizza one night, delicious if a bit expensive. Front desk staff all very very friendly, welcoming and helped us with lots of questions. Would definitely stay again if In Glasgow
