Great city centre location, easy walking distance to main shopping areas & queens square train station. Could walk to OVO & SEC on a decent day, but due to heavy rain we didn’t and got taxi. Ordered via hotel waited no longer than 5 mins and was £10. Room was spacious 2 double beds, toilet separate from Bathroom, great idea! Room was warm in night. Never had breakfast but did order pizza one night, delicious if a bit expensive. Front desk staff all very very friendly, welcoming and helped us with lots of questions. Would definitely stay again if In Glasgow

Staff were welcoming and helpful and a nice bar area. However the rooms are very dated, chipped furniture, grubby carpets and the toilet 'cupboard'. My husband couldn't even close the door when using the toilet. Lovely shower but added to a dated bathroom.

The hotel was clean, the staff was very nice and we really enjoyed our stay. We signed up for their app and we enjoyed a complimentary drink. The location was close to everything and I would choose this hotel on my next visit. We also took advantage of their buffet breakfast…well worth the money.
