Economy Accommodations at Great Price

At the price, I expected a bare bones experience. And it was - no special amenities. It was also clean, quiet, and comfortable. If you are just looking to spend the night or a week and find your amusement elsewhere - this is the place!!

Zero frills not even an ice machine. Front desk said there are ice trays in the fridge/freezer. Twenty cubes in 6 hours, wow. Hard to find entrance (only the address above the door) which was down steps. We got several pages of paperwork and signed 5! times. Ridiculous

I booked a suite for 7 days through hotels.com. when I arrived they did not have a Handicap accessible room available. I use a walker & can not walk up the stairs. I had to cancel my reservation. Then they ran my credit card anyway, calling it a no-show! Although the lady at the front desk we nice and sympathetic, I am still trying to get a refund since they were unable to accommodate me & my walker.

Horrible Rude Inconsiderate

We reached 15 minutes late and were not allowed to check-in. We were traveling with small kids on a trip and the weather was bad. The staff was extremely inconsiderate and just wont ler us check-in. Only 2 hours of allowed time to check-in. Has never happened before. Also the front desk closed at 6.45pm while we were there and just left.

Did not check in. Safety was WAY below par. Homeless and druggies all around. Trashy. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!! And when you tell them it’s not safe and would never stay here they tell you that it is more meant for people that have nowhere to live… THEN WHY ARE YOU ON HOTELS.COM?!? The staff was nice but the photos are lies. They said no pets and multiple people had multiple dogs, the room had a permanent odor. However we were able to chief and like I said the staff were nice.
