Do not stay here. Bedding was so bad we went and bought our own sheets and comforter, mattress was moldy, room smelled terrible, and the location was super sketchy.

Absolute worst hotel and staff I've ever encountered. The rude guy at the front counter told me my pre booked double bed room was sold out. He offered me a single bed and ended up charging me more than my Expedia rate. I went to the room and it was dirty, plus a noisy dog next door that backed non stop. Stay anywhere else.
Kevin, 1-night trip

Stay away from this place--a real dump.
The room smelled very bad. Bed covers had cigarette burn holes. Suppossed to be a non-smoking room, but obviously was not. Asked for a ground floor room, but was told the price would be twice what was advertised on the Hotels.com site. Very noisy location. Other occupants making noise until 3:00 am, pounding on the floor above the room, slamming doors next door, etc. The smell of the room permeated clothes and bags. Peeling paint, entire room needs a complete makeover and update.
Michael, 1-night trip

It was noisy but it didn't bother me. I didn't like that I reserved it for a lower rate and paid more.
David, 1-night trip

Check in staff was very friendly but the facility is old broken down dirty and unsanitary. Bed was old and uncomfortable and bidding look like it came from a garage sale for the money this facility was simply not worth it

Terrible, terrible terrible terrible

Don’t Stay in Birmingham Talladega Weekend
Ranks as one of the top two nastiest hotels I have ever stayed in. I slept on top of the comforter and still wished I’d brought a sleeping bag. Gap under the door allowed me to see light from the parking lot all night. Floor was dirty. Does not present an aura of safety overall. Look, it was quiet, I slept, I got a shower. Would I stay there again if given the opportunity? Not a chance. Would recommend it for filming scenes from a No-Tell Motel? Absolutely.
John, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Everything the hotel is ran down...
Isadore, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Horrible
Misty, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Quiet, clean and safe. Not much in walking distance but easy access to roadway made up for it.
James, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

The area is completely unsafe; you can tell because the lobby is locked and you have to check in through a slot in a wall. There were homeless everywhere. I know it's not their fault but this was a dumpy hotel. I would not reccomend hotel or stay in this area.
Michael, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Good enough for sleeping a night after long day driving
Adrian, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

The staff is extremely rude and disrespectful. On more than one occasion they have come in my room prior to checkout without knocking, and just opened the door while I was in bed. They have refused to honor the online rates, and rates consistently change from $70-$90 depending on who is checking you in.
Frank, 3-night trip
