The hotel was adequate. There were no vending machines nor ice machines available to guests. We had rented a cart and at no time could we pull up to the bank of chargers to plug in. The same carts were in the same spots at all times.
The pool definitely needs more chairs and towels.

Room was Ok! No kleenex and TP holder fixture was broken. Pool lounge chairs were limited and not the most comfortable!
Besides those few personal annoyances, overall the resort was pleasant, staff and shuttle service was excellent! I hope to go back to stay again!

The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. I asked for coffee pods the 3 days of our stay and each time it delivered promptly to the room They have a free shuttle that goes downtown every hour and has 2 stops for your connivence.

Not enough chairs at the pool, poor customer service at the desk, elevators are breaking (and one was broken), you share a small hallway with a stranger (weird) - very loud depending on your neighbor, and no umbrellas by the beach along with lack of cleaning the seaweed there.
