The hotel was adequate. There were no vending machines nor ice machines available to guests. We had rented a cart and at no time could we pull up to the bank of chargers to plug in. The same carts were in the same spots at all times.
The pool definitely needs more chairs and towels.

Room was Ok! No kleenex and TP holder fixture was broken. Pool lounge chairs were limited and not the most comfortable!
Besides those few personal annoyances, overall the resort was pleasant, staff and shuttle service was excellent! I hope to go back to stay again!

The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. I asked for coffee pods the 3 days of our stay and each time it delivered promptly to the room They have a free shuttle that goes downtown every hour and has 2 stops for your connivence.

We did not have a view and the elevator wasn't working. Front desk not as welcoming as he could be. Check out couldn't print a receipt, only email and because we booked thru Hotels. Com they could not even give us a total price for the stay.

The room was comfortable and the balcony view nice. We had dinner in the Tavern & the food was superb! Our Hungarian waiter, I believe his name is Ben, was very personable and helpful as we were first timers to Key West. He’s a credit to your establishment. We hope to be back in the future!
