As an American familiar with the Best Western brand, I was pleasantly surprised by the upscale nature of the property. Overall, it was a very good hotel, though I wanted to note a few details from my experience: - Check-in: I arrived early and had to wait about three hours before my room was ready, which was roughly 20 to 30 minutes prior to the standard 15:00 check-in time. - Pool and Spa Facilities: The pool was quite crowded in the evening due to children's swim lessons. The jacuzzi, wet sauna, and dry sauna were satisfactory, though the saunas were not extremely hot.

Some of the staff very friendly and helpful, others not so much. Location is quite good, walking distance to the city centre. Rooms clean and quite quiet. Breakfast is ok, limited choice and varying temperature from very cold some days, quite warm others, bringbyour outer jacket just in case. Pool area totally dominated by families with small children who are playing there constantly. Sauna is very old and not appealing. If you are looking for a relaxing experience, go somewhere else. Small children's families also playing loud children's music in the breakfast area, inconsiderate to other guests. Main asset of the hotel is location.
