Pros: the pool area, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the lobby is nice, beds are comfy . Cons: overly priced for how bad the area is, club line blocking the entrance every night, rooms are really small, extremely loud I was moved to a “quieter” part of the hotel but still couldn’t sleep from the club noises, people screaming, and the room sounded like a wind tunnel even with the AC off, there are so so many fees and for what? It’s not a luxury experience it’s a pretty generic hotel

Stayed here for the second time and will always choose this property. Great front desk team. The lobby is a lovely place to have a visit, a drink or a snack. Rooms are small but feel luxe.

The hotel and rooms were excellent, with beautiful decor and a pleasant atmosphere. However, there was no available space for breakfast or lunch because the dining area was closed for three days due to private events. I had to have my breakfast in the room or in the overcrowded lobby.
