Very nice room. Decent continental breakfast. Very walkable to all downtown locations -within 15 to 20 minute walk of everything. But located far enough away from the craziness.

The staff was very pleasant, and the breakfast spread each morning was delicious. Our bed was very comfortable, and when it was time to sleep, it was quiet.
This was a convenient location and we did a lot of walking. We didn't take advantage of the outside patio or balcony, but they looked inviting and other guests seemed to enjoy
spending time there. Overall a nice experience!

The staff was wonderful! The room was clean and functional. The location was excellent. This building is a couple blocks from the Dry Tortuga ferry terminal which worked well for us. That said, this is an older building with character. If you're looking for a spotless new consruction, look elsewhere. For most people I know, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Old house converted to hotel. Very clean and updated. Comfy bed. Uncomfortable pillows. Room is quite small. Only 1 chair to sit. Large shower. Small tv viewable from bed. Outdoor balciny and patio. Typical cold breakfast offerings. Walling distance to duval strret. 6 blocks ot so. No parking. Have to find street parking or pay lot. Can be several blocks from hotel. Helpful staff. Very pricy for the ammenities, but its key west. All lodging is over priced.

The staff was really excellent- extremely helpful answering questions and providing maps with destinations and locations clearly marked. The hotel was also really convenient located within walking distance of the ferry and the waterfront, as well as restaurants and the local bakery. The breakfast provided in the morning was very good. Even though the kitchen was under renovation (as well as other areas) there still was fresh cut fruit, hard boiled eggs, bread and cereal as well as decent coffee. We were not expecting that so it was a nice surprise.
