Great little spot for a quick trip to Key West. Nicely located and very walkable. We enjoyed the spacious room and very comfortable pool. Room was very clean if some what a little “lived in”. Could use a bit of a refresh but great value for the price! Would definitely stay again!

The hotel it's self was very clean and quiet. You could not hear any other guests! It's location is great, a quick walk to the harbour. Parking is hit and miss. while free you might to search for a bit. Breakfast left much to be desired (just frozen waffles and fresh bagels), though this could have been because we were there in the off season. Over all we enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Independent Inn! The new owners Emma and her husband are very nice and working very hard to upgrade all elements of the property which is still a work in progress but did not detract from our stay in the least. The location is good because you are just a 5 minute walk to all the waterfront bars and restaurants at the A&B Docks and just maybe a 15 minute walk to Mallory Square. On street parking was free and they offered a free light continental breakfast to help start your day. Having a pool during the blistering heat of mid August was a bonus as was the room rate which was very reasonable. All in all a great stay!

Although our stay was only one night it was great. The room we stayed in was clean and cozy. The bed is one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. The staff was extremely helpful even after we checked out they let us store our bags for a few hours. So accommodating! Will definitely stay here if we come back again.

Absolutely delightful experience. We arrived after 11pm and keys were ready for us. The first room the a/c didn’t work, but it was late at night so we roughed it out. We let them know and they moved us to another, nicer space right away! They even offered to move our bags. Wonderful location, no more than 12 minutes to anywhere we wanted to go. Quiet and immaculately clean. Fantastic continental breakfast. Highly recommend. Very nice that it was adult only.

I gave this place 5 stars bc of how awesome hospitable kind & precious Roman is - front desk. He made our trip better than it would’ve been if we didn’t meet him.
