This was our very first day there and it was fabulous. Perfect location for walking everywhere in Key West, clean and neat, staff very, very helpful. Make sure if you’re handicap that you book on the bottom floor because the stairs are quite steep and there are no elevators. The exercise was good for me. Have a great day.

The resort was so nice and perfect for our family of 5. We were in walking distance of restaurants and a small grocery store that has amazing breakfast. The lady that works the day shift ( I believe her name was Matilda) was so helpful and also helped us schedule a golf cart and an excursion making it super easy for us. We will be back to this resort for sure!

The resort had a very comfortable heated pool with nice grounds, chairs and tables. A staff member was always present offering free water and icee type drinks. Happy hour from 4 to 530 was incredibly generous and good. Rooms were very spacious, clean and up to date. Our stay was enjoyable and we felt very pampered.
