The area it was in, it was nice close by couple train stations easily walkable. I loved walking around the area and heading into central Paris from it the room was really nice and comfortable the staff was friendly and helpful. Loved staying at this hotel really added a lot to my trip visiting here

A hotel as a hotel should be: clean, easy and comfortable. Staff is helpful and friendly, rooms are spacious and silent. Breakfast is good and provides much more than an average continental breakfast. Indoor swimming pool and gym, accessible without reservation all day and evening. Don't let the location -it's near the end of a metroline station- scare you off, the neighborhood is nice with a small former village center nearby.

It was a good area and the service at the reception was okay but that's about it. Non reception staff were neither friendly nor helpful. Made guests feel like they were a disturbance. Some of the reception staff also seem to cover other parts of the hotel.

3 night stay to visit to visit Patel Major at Roland Garros. Very spacious and clean, tidy, well equipped executive room on second floor. Comfy bed and pillows. Extremely quiet air conditioning. Basic breakfast. Hotel bar only open until 8:30pm so a bit of a let down there.

Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful. Great transport links. Small kitchenette is well kitted out to make a meal. Only downside was the bed was quite short, my husband's feet were sticking out the end of the bed (he is 6'2). TV only has French channels, but when in Paris, you have other things to do. The hotel was great overall, however the standing showers needs to be upgraded, for example adding an extra glass-door. Cleaning crew was very on point daily Staff was very professional right throughout Breakfast was okay I slept at peace, and felt very safe. Fantastic appart-hotel. It is in a great location - Lidl around corner, 2 mins walk to bus station (bus 72 straight to Louvre). The family room was excellent - with 2 sections to the room, the sofa bed for the children and comfortable king bed. A mini kitchen was well equipped. Pool was lovely and open 7am- 10pm. Breakfast was really good quality and good selection of pastries, bread, fruit, cereals, bacon and eggs. Could park right outside (free in august) without problem every day.
