Looks great but so many issues

Cleaners forgot to clean my room, internet wasn’t working properly, the sauna has been broken since mid December, there were students on my floor who were noisy on two nights, running up and down the corridor. In the end I checked out a night early. It’s a shame as the hotel is lovely and the restaurant is good, but there’s so many administrative issues and if the internet isn’t working you can’t contact reception as you have to use WhatsApp to speak to them.
