I can't recommend this resort enough! It is geared towards families, but I traveled alone and had a great time. The beach is beautiful, the pool was amazing, and the villa I stayed in was awesome! You will not be disappointed in this resort!

Relaxing resort
The environment is relaxing and the staff's service is excellent. The breakfast is good with different choices. We are staying at deluxe villa room, however we would suggest that the door of toilet and shower be applied with frosted look (at least in the middle part) so as to avoid embarrassing if two friends are staying in the same room.

I expect more from a 5 star hotel. It was often that they run out towels at the pools. It was chaos with both sun beds and towels. The cleaning was not good and it was missing equipments. Breakfeast and service was good. And the gym was very good compare to many others I have been to.

Lovely place but really strange rules
The villas and the beach area is really nice but you are not allowed to bring food or beer/wine from outside the resort into the villa…. The fridge in the villa is not even turned on and they will charge you if you use the kitchen…. Since food and drinks are quite expensive in the resort area, we had to leave the resort to eat and we could not enjoy the villa. Also these rules are really not clearly stated in hotels.com. The strict rules at this hotel really took away from my experience, and I think they risk losing guests because of it.

Here's a corrected version: Overall, it was great. The clean facilities and various activities were the highlights. I especially enjoyed the small waterpark in front of the beach. However, the room service was too slow. We ordered food and it took almost 1 hour and 30 minutes to arrive. I recommend ordering room service earlier than originally planned.

Outstanding hotel with delicious breakfast buffet
Superb hotel, great for a relaxing few days on the island of Phu Quoc. The best part was the breakfast buffet. Huge and super delicious selection of local and intercontinental dishes. The pool and beach area are also very beautiful and picturesque. Options to rent a scooter and explore the island is also available.

I arrived at 10 p.m. due to a resort server error, but I didn't check in for more than 2 hours. The manager did not appear to be trying to solve the problem. We were able to be guided to the room at 1 a.m. after paying separately. It was the worst situation because it was accompanied by children. Only 2 small-small negative was that the hotel played house-music loud when you eat breakfast outside. The other is the hotel is a resort, so is a but outside town. But taxi is cheap sooo 👍

This resort was exceptional. If you're debating between resorts, go with this one. Beautiful property: infinity pool overlooking the beach, private pools in the villa. There are many things you can do. They have bikes you can ride around the property with, kayaks to kayak around the water, volleyball to play on the beach, and more. It is a very clean property. The thing we love most about this resort was the customer service. They are beyond amazing and very accommodating. Highly highly recommend.
