Fab location
Great location only a short walk from Copacabana beach with numerous shops and eateries around. Food in the hotel was not great and choice limited but reasonable price wise. The room itself was great with plenty of room and included a must have, a fridge. The hotel has a swimming pool but unfortunately lack of time prevented its use but it did look inviting. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

Annoying.
The check in was easy and fast. The room did have a good air flow on the A/C and we had to call maintenance. Also, it was very annoying not being able to have friends or family over. Also it would be easier and faster getting the towels at the pool on the rooftop instead of having to go to the front desk to pickup and drop off the towels.

I was charged for a coffee that I did not drink at the rooftop Café. And they charged me for a small bottle of water when I checked out even though I told them that I had been charged for the coffee . Other than that my stay was very pleasant. The staff at breakfast were very accommodating and friendly . We tipped them every day. We had the room facing the street so it could get loud for some people.

Lots of money for a poor/cheap hotel
To start all the pictures are from probably the time this hotel was built, do not reflect the actual condition. Worse hotel ever for noise, noise from everywere and all day and night, the flush or shower from the side or up rooms were unbeliaveble high like a water fall+fan at same time, when sleeping this noise was waking us up and scaring. Pool cold and furniture all ripped. Bathroom was full of mold and mildew and with a heavy odor. beds were so used that became flat. the service room did a poor job on the cleaning, I payed way too high price for this cheap hotel. definetly do not recommend.
