Amazing property, it’s a beautiful place to stay and relax away from the busy areas of Bali. Service is outstanding, the bear breakfast we’ve ever had and our villa was gorgeous. The resort is full but doesn’t feel busy, always room at the pools. The yoga class and pavilion are idyllic. We loved our stay here.

6/10 Good

Staff working in restaurant & during breakfast were warm and helpful. The staff that were at the entrance & managing golf buggy were inflexible and unhelpful. Also the hotel charged us for mini bar for water bottles that looked very similar to the complementary water bottles. Seemed very confusing for guest to differentiate.

Loved stay at Maya Ubud! The location was great for going into town but I honestly didn't want to leave the resort! I loved the adult infinity pool. My room was great with a comfortable bed and turn down service. The dance shows at dinner were fun too. I do recommend taking bug spray if you walk on the riverside trail; I got at least 40 mosquito bites on a very short walk there. I also recommend a trip to the spa!

We recently stayed at Maya Ubud for 2 nights with our family, and it was an absolute dream. The property grounds are incredibly extensive and meticulously well-maintained—every corner feels like a lush, tropical paradise that seamlessly blends into the natural jungle. The overall environment is deeply serene, offering the perfect peaceful escape from the bustling center of Ubud. Two highlights truly stood out for us: First, the riverside spa is world-class. Having a massage right by the rushing river, surrounded by nature, was an incredibly therapeutic experience. Second, as a family with dietary preferences, we were thrilled by the breakfast spread. They offered a fantastic, extensive variety of vegetarian-friendly options that were both delicious and high-quality. Maya Ubud balances luxury, nature, and family comfort perfectly !!

We could not say anything less than AMAZING. Prime location, amazing landscaping and beautiful villas. That’s my review regarding the premises. Now service and food speaking; that’s where you have a real difference. Everyone during our stay were available, friendly and respectful. Every detail matters and this is where Maya stands out. Please make yourself the honor of having a massage by the spa; thank me later.
