Poor customer service in a rundown hotel.
I booked 3 rooms at the same time and requested that they at least be located on the same floor. I even called ahead to confirm. Upon our arrival we were told they could accommodate us unless we wanted to have someone form our party sit in the room because the lock was broken and that would be the only way we could get in and out of the room. So unprofessional

Terrible night sleep
We were given a room right next to an exit door. Every time someone came in or out, the door would slam shut and shake the walls in our room. The mattress sounded like it was made of styrofoam peanuts every time we rolled over or moved. The front desk would not allow us to relocate to another room. $300 for a one night stay was a ridiculous amount to spend for a terrible night sleep in a very average hotel.

Disappointing :-(
Room was clean, bed was firm, no hair dryer, flat iron or coffee pot in room (there was coffee). The shower leaked from the tub faucet which caused little water pressure from shower head. All of these were reported to front desk. Lady wrote it down. Later went to ask again for a hair dryer so I could dry my hair and I was given an apology but no dryer. Breakfast was so-so. Pancake maker was broken. eggs were cold. Not worth the $ we paid to stay.

Check in was at 3 we arrived at 3:15 and had to wait till after 4 to check in. One reason I booked this hotel was for the hot tub that wasn’t working while we were there. And the doors other than main entrance don’t work with room key. Told the front desk and they responded with yeah we know. So they just won’t fix them I guess.

BW Liverpool was a good hotel for the price.
BW Liverpool was a good hotel for the price. It was clean, the service was good, and the included breakfast was good. We were close to I-90 so getting back on the highway was quick and easy. We would stay there again when passing through the area.

Not Great
Check-in was 15 minutes late due to the room not having been cleaned yet. This was a Tuesday check-in. When we got to our room the floors were wet from being "cleaned" but yet there were crumbs all over one of the night stands and floor. The room had a jetted tub that of course we paid quite a bit for. The tub had a dirt ring around it and was not clean. My wife went and complained and one of the employees came and scrubbed the tub. Once we got the tub filled with water only half of the jets worked and the 2 jets for your back did not so we didn't even get in it. This was not a pleasant stay for the $. After all said and done we did get a partial refund but wasn't worth the hassle.

Disappointed with the room. Was told there was a microwave in room. Not!! You can hear things from the room next door. Room was clean. No place to charge phones. Only a couple of lights in the room. Won't stay again.
