Quiet enough area yet still close to everything
Very comfortable rooms and great staff. Great location for being walking distance to train station and Old Town but still in a quiet area. When maintenance was needed, they did prompt work. I had the one room which had no proper shower curtain or barrier so it was annoying that water would get all over the washroom and there is a warped wooden cabinet because of that . I hope they finally renovate that.

Some personnell is rejoycingly accesible and helpful, some counter staff in night shift less so. It is so sad to ask something routineways , not being listened to, after repeating being asked to wait and then being put off, even with other kind of requests afterwards, without faulting respect or any conceivable reason.

I absolutely love this hotel. The staff couldn’t be more helpful, especially Pavlina on the front desk: nothing was too much trouble. Maria in Guest Services also excellent. The hotel is clean, breakfast is everything you could possibly want and there’s a beautiful swimming pool. It’s a short walk to the old town which is spectacular.
