This place feels like home from home. The rooms are as big as a small apartment. Breakfast a bit sparse, but these are weird times and I can understand that they are trying to not waste food.

Like: Good location, ease of out of hours check in. Dislike: Breakfast is poor for vegans/vegetarians

Great location in Malmö, good pubs and eateries nearby, not far from the old town, shopping and train station (Triangeln). Staff were delightful , breakfast was fresh, varied and delicious. Studio room facilities fantastic - simple yet stylish and functional. Hired bikes for £6 per day! Malmö very bike friendly. Ate at the Cirkus one night and it didn’t disappoint.

Good communication for our late arrival involving a key code and key box but all worked out well. We were pleased with the size of the room for the family and we could spread out. Highly recommended. A quirk is the housekeeping is not every day so let them know if you need fresh towels. This is easy to arrange. The breakfast bar does need a commercial toaster but other than that no issues at all. Top place. Final top Tip: Use Trianglen station! No need to walk with bags from central station!

The good: Large, dual aspect, corner room While some of the fixtures and fittings were a little worn, everything worked well Wifi reception was very good, but wouldn't link to one of our devices (due to user name / password) Great area - close to shops, bars and restaurants, while the old town was an easy, 15 minute stroll away Friendly, helpful staff - if a little thin on the ground at times Fantastic breakfast The not quite so good: As a residence-style hotel, cleaning and towel replacement is generally carried out weekly, or after guests check out. Housekeeping during a short stay is an optional extra (at additional cost) While generally very clean, we did find an obviously used towel in the bathroom supplies Beds were a bit on the soft side for our tastes Overall - one or two minor niggles, but generally very good

Beautiful converted 19th c industrial building, terrace where you can sit on a sofa with a drink after a long day, lovely and very accommodating staff. Didn't have time to use the sauna, but discovered it's there for next time!

I stayed 10 days for work reasons in the centre of Malmo. The studio apartment was comfortable and clean. It provided simple cooking amenities and had internet access and TV. It was serviced weekly. The daily breakfast was a self service hot and cold buffet and of good quality and made a good start to the working day. The hotel could easily be used for holiday or short city breaks. I had two family members join me for 3 days and there was adequate space and beds for them at a modest extra charge. The room was comfortable and the shower area adequate, but with no bath, and clean and modern. I thought it was a well run hotel with the reception staff always polite and helpful and the bistro restaurant available for meals if needed. I used it to self cater for dinner and as a base to work in Malmo for the two working weeks.

The rooms are light and spacious, standard breakfast and location to city center was spot on. We will deffinitly stay here next time we´re in town. Only 2 negatives, no wi-fi and no hot foods at breakfast.
