It was a great stay. We did the breakfast included and this was a wonderful feature of our stay. Great variety! We also were very impressed with the shared amenities of the other Bay Gardens Hotel with the splash island, beach chairs and many non motorized beach activities. Fun in the sun. Overall great stay.

Will go somewhere else next time.
What our reservation said and what we received were two different things. Our reservation said Superior King, black outs curtains and 10% off food and beverage. We had 2 queens, no blackout curtains and no discount. What we were told at check-in regarding the discount and what happened at check-out were very different. When I questioned, the staff member was less than friendly and when I asked to speak with a manager, none came forward. Our taxi arrived and we had to leave but as we left I noticed the person I had spoken with was back at her computer. We felt like we had been had. We are normally very flexible people but that spoiled our entire visit.

Overall I like the property. The reason I did not give a 5/5 is due to the fact that the property has cats, which I am terribly afraid of. Also upon arrival there were no towels, rags, washcloths in the room. Last, it was difficult to obtain beach towels, they were constantly out of supply.
