Room was spotless and all amenities were working well. Only downside was that it was slightly small for a family of 4, but not a big issue. Room was in an excellent location, close to pool, breakfast and beach. Clean, well appointed and comfortable; a speacial shout out to Meow, our housekeeper. She was amazing, very polite and always made sure our room was spotless! We stayed in a spa villa verses the Deluxe Pool Room we normally choose; we like this room better. We love the Chaweng Regency location as it makes getting around easy. We like the gated parking and either rent a car or scooter and allowing us get to anywhere on the island while staying centrally in a resort that we love. The staff are always wonderful. The beach is our favorite and thw views are always great.
