Very disappointed with state of hotel. Badly needs updating. Worn carpets, everywhere looking very drab.
Spacious room with a small balcony. Very clean and minor things (bathroom fan, hairdryer) were attended to promptly. There was an additional washbasin in the bedroom with a large mirror and nearby socket. This was very useful. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The carpets in the bedroom corridors look ready for replacing.
Comfy bed, good shower but nowhere to hang clothes
Good location and room is clean.
Great location in Banff, Would recommend
Booked this property a good few months before going but ended up in a room on the 3rd floor in the roof space, the room was not restricted in height but it was really hot and stuffy with no air circulationWe could not put the air conditioning on as it mad a noise like a traction engine and would have kept the whole floor awake. the best part was the bath room which looked new but had to ask for a shower curtain to be fitted as it was missing.Hotel looking a bit tired and needs a make over. Staff were all really nice though.
Great room, reception staff very helpful, great location
Staff very very helpful, nothing too much trouble. Air conditioning very noisy, couldn't use for more than five minutes. Hotel needs updating.
Very basic accommodation but adequate for our needs.Friendly, helpful staff.Easy access on main avenue.House keeping good.
