It’s a beautiful place, very well organized. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. It was great to see people who looked happy in their job. Kind little touches like 24 hour coffee, hot water and snacks. The shower had great pressure and an endless supply of hot water. And being within walking distance of the Paramount was awesome. All was good - only reason not excellent is that the tv in our room didn't work properly - it may have been a bandwidth issue as every channel would freeze up and digitize - quite annoying but we just turned it off after a while of dealing with it and didn’t notify them until the next morning when we were checking out.
