The Japanese restaurant service needs improvement. We were told on Sunday the buffet price was 278/ person, the next day would be 248/person. We came in the next day, Monday, we were refused service because it’s 8:40pm by 2 young girls. Then another woman told us we could eat there but we can only order once and the price is 278/person except lady customer. Internet is very slow and needs to be reconnected every day (sign in). You also need a China mobile number to sign in to the internet. The swimming pool doesn’t belong to the hotel. It’s a public pool outside the hotel. The hotel is clean and quiet.

매당 선전 출장시 시내 중심지에서 묶다가 이번에 거래처 소개로 숙박하게 되었습니다. 숙박 비용은 합리적이며, 호텔 규모는 매우 커서 수영장도있고, 일식당에서 신선한 회를 제공하여 쾌적하였습니다. 서비스인원(Marina)의 영어 실력도 유창하며 인상적이었다. 바오안 공항에서 택시로 50위엔 정도로 가까운편이나, 지하철역이 멀리 있어 다소 불편하다. 인근에 노천 음식 바베큐거리와 요시노, 스타벅스등 번화가가있어 저녁식사하는데 불편함이 없다. 총평으로 공항 인근에서는 가격대비 좋은 호텔이며 관광용이 아니고, 비지니스용으로는 만족할만하다.

Everything was fine. But I was asked to pay a 500RMB deposit which i had no idea about upon arrival and didn't have cash or credit card on me. They didn't accept Alipay so it was a bit of a hassle. Then the hotel itself feels very "Chinese"... What I had a problem with was the service. I wore the robe (with clothes underneath) from my room to the breakfast buffet because AC was too strong and i didn't have a jacket with me. Upon check-in, no one told me i couldn't wear the robe. Then after getting food, I was looking for a table to sit down. A female staff approached me, took away the plate from my hand, and told me I had to go back to my room and change. Apparently i wasn't allowed to wear the robe. I told her I could just take it off since I had clothes underneath. Then she didn't want to let me sit where I wanted to sit. She took my plates to a darker area (w/ no lights) and wanted me to sit there. I refused but then she still wouldn't let me sit where I wanted to sit initially. It was just a frustrating and negative experience after all. Oh btw, I wanted to check out the swimming pool on the rooftop the evening I arrived (around 8:30PM), but it was already locked up... Another weird thing is that this hotel is inside a larger mall. If you take the wrong elevator, you might end up in the middle of a shady Chinese market...

I have stayed here many times and the hotel is quiet and clean with a 24 hour McDonalds attached to the property. The breakfast buffet is good as well as the coffee. The Japanese restaurant is excellent

Near airport, excellent service

Hotel room is big and clean, located right next to a mall, with restaurants nearby. Hotel staff provided excellent service, especially 小叶, the concierge. He was exceptionally helpful and very friendly. A big thank you to 小叶 for his help.

Valde hotellet pga smidigheten att ta sig till flygplatsen tidigt på morgonen. Tar ca 20min med taxi. Finns gott om restauranger och ett stort köpcentrum bara 100m från hotellet. Känns som att hotellet är nybyggt. En känsla av lyx i lobby och korridorer. Iochmed att jag lämnade tidigt på morgonen, provade jag inte frukosten. Snabb service vid både in och utcheckning.

Acceptable standard - except poor breakfast

Acceptable standard based on relatively low price compare to hotels around. Room is clean and acceptable. Breakfast is poor - even it is included in the booking I have to eat somewhere else. Sound proof is so-so, can hear people talking in the corridor clearly.
