Very nice property and very friendly and engaging staff. Mandy was extremely helpful with restaurant recommendations and general recommendations about the area. Nice building and aesthetic, but the breakfast and parking need serious attention. A paper bag with bottled juice and squishy items to eat in the room isn’t expected; gravel parking lots are not appropriate for luggage, they should be paved. Otherwise, a clean property with pleasant decor.

We loved this hotel. It has great history and the bar is a must for a night cap! It’s the smallest bar in Pittsburgh. We almost didn’t stay here because of some reviews that mentioned the parking being a concern. However, we parked in the lot and had no issues. It was directly across the street and we were one of two cars in it for the evening. The breakfast was also delicious and complimentary! We got egg sandwiches with ham and cheese as well as fruit and a muffin. This hotel is also about a 5 min walk from a busy street with cute restaurants and stores! We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!
