Noise level needs to be extremely quiet after 10 pm especially on balaconies.

Guests who have gatherings and parties and are asked to leave will not receive a refund.

If a guest cancels their booking a refund will be given based on the

refund policy, but we reserve the right to withhold a certain percentage of the payment if a third party processing fee is incurred by us, as a result of cancellation.
