This is a very missy motel and not a hotel at all. You are cheating on us by providing a false information about this stupid place. The cover is for kids and in morning workers came to work in my window. It is not an hotel at all. I don’t recommend anyone to book in this place.

I was not happy about not having AC in the rooms. Bonn is very hot and all they were able to provide was a desk fan. I opened the window slightly and when I returned from my meeting, I found it locked with no key to open it. Except for breakfast, they were unable to provide sandwiches or any substantial snacks - only chocolates and sweets. The advertising of this hotel on Expedia is highly overrated. This is not a four-star hotel.

Slechte Erfahrung: Nyce Hotel war kaum "Nice"
Ich bin toal unzufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Wenn man die Bilder auf der Website sieht, und Preis über 110 Euros pro Zimmer pro Nacht zahlt dann erwartet man dass man hier richtig ist. Aber das war nicht der Fall. Wir haben zwei Zimmer gebucht für eine Nacht Anfang November 2024. Als wir im Zimmer reingekommen sind, waren die Fenster offen. Das Zimmer war wie Gefrierschrank. In Beide Zimmer im 1.Stock hat die Heizung nicht funktioniert. Draussen war 6 Grad kalt. Im Zimmer war bestimmt 11, 12 Grad. Ich war untem im Rezeption und habe ich reklamiert (da es kein Telefon im Zimmer gab) . Die Dame hat gesagt: wir haben teschniche Probleme. Der Technicker kommt morgen für die Reparatur. Das fand ich nicht professionell. Statt uns andere Zimmer anzubieten haben wir die Nacht in die Kälten Zimmer verbracht und kaum mit einem kleinen Baby geschlafen. Frühstück auch für 17.9 Euros pro Person ist extrem teuer. Frühstück Buffet ist ganz normal. Es gibt keine Besonderheiten: Kaffe, käse,Croissant, Rührei und obst. Beim Checkout habe ich das selbe Geschichte erzählt. Die Antwort war: Wir haben das Management informiert.

Das Hotel war sehr schön. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und professionell. Das Zimmer war klein, aber sauber und die Matratze war großartig. Wir haben beide sehr gut geschlafen. Das Einzige, was verbessert werden könnte, ist, dass es bei unserer Ankunft keine Wasserflasche und keine Minibar gab. Manchmal ist ein Kühlschrank nützlich, um die Dinge kühler zu halten. Für ein paar Übernachtungen ist das Hotel in Ordnung, aber für eine längere Reise müssen ein paar Dinge verbessert werden. Zumal der Preis für das Hotel nicht der günstigste war.
