Family trip staying first time at this hotel. I confirm with other reviews for this Hampton Old City hotel. The entire hotel staff is welcoming, helpful and friendly. The breakfast is amazing and the price and value of this stay is superb. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is convenient (very near 2 tram stops), many shops and restaurants near and very walkable to many of the visitors site from the hotel. Bottom line: good hotel, excellent location, smiling staff and easy transport to and from IST Airport. I will certainly be back in future. Thank you.

I was recently staying at this hotel for a week, I must say from the staff to the cleaning service of the hotel it was great!! I would go out with my family shopping around Istanbul, and come back to a clean room it was an amazing feeling. By the end of our stay , the staff were also helpful and got our luggage to our taxi. Would highly recommend this place !!

Words are not enough for the amazing things this hotels offers. The excellent room with a view, room service, great spread of breakfast and last and not the least the amazing front desk staff. The staff that we met as soon as we landed, Ferhat is the most courteous and helpful right from the beginning. We did not know the language so he helped us with a map, booked us taxi, provided us information on group trips with pick up and drop options. His entire team was amazing. Check in was easy and also arranging hotel pickup. We had texted the hotel before we arrived and a whats app message on where and how was sent in detail. The room was spacious and clean. Location was spot on, close to the tram station to get to the main tourist spots. Great hotel deserves all the praises and good reviews.
