Upmarket and very desirable hotel, very luxurious. The decor and furniture set a lovely atmosphere and made it a very relaxing place to be even though it was busy. The rooms were very quiet and comfortable even though there was a big party downstairs. We also used the swimming pool at family (children) designated swim times which we all enjoyed. Staff were courteous and willing to help.

This is an excellent hotel in a lovely setting. Our room was very comfortable & clean with 2 armchairs that you don’t usually get in other hotels. All the staff are very polite, friendly & efficient. The restaurant, bar & lounge areas are nicely decorated & comfortable.

Lovely hotel and grounds. Staff did not say hello when walking past. Breakfast was too busy and the coffee machines kept breaking

Great location, very clean. Only downside was a little bit of maintenance was needed, mainly in the bathroom. Only 2 plug sockets accessible in the room which were near the tv and with a usb next to the bed. Staff very friendly and everything was smooth checking in/out.

Very nice to stay here. Ate in the restaurant that was nice and watched England in the golf bar. Was a bit disappointed when we were up in the morning after breakfast and were told we couldn’t use the spa after 11 am.

We had the most amazing stay at your hotel, the rooms, the food, the service were second to none and as a gluten free traveller this place is just outstanding!! Your staff are so attentive and helpful I was thoroughly impressed and therefore relaxed about food I ordered. We will be back for sure ❤️😊

The room was lovely. I would prefer a walk in shower next time and housekeeping staff were so kind and so we know the type of room to ask for on another stay. Grace the waitress is so welcoming as this is our fourth stay as is Joseph in the lounge. Staff and other customers are always so friendly we do enjoy our stay. Thank you
