We are very happy with the services of the hotel, particularly the staff at the reception including Cavan and Kayle. We asked them for help to change room, he did it patiently and efficiently. Been visiting the hotel many times before the pandemic, it was previous named Marco Polo, I guess now been taking over by Crowne Plaza. Very safe and convenient area, love it a lot!!
