Be careful with allergies

One of us got an allergic reaction from food. Ingredients were not marked properly. Staff was helpful after the accident happened, but the ingredients were not marked better during our stay.

Not quite impressed

We had a late check-in due to travel transportations. So we came in past 11PM. Tired and was ready to sleep. Although room looked like it has been visited by the cleaning lady. Bed was put up nicely and looked like it was also changed. However I did discover something unusual. There was a white cup of coffee in the desk table. There was towels hanging on the shower glassdoor and what was most outstanding to me was when I saw a plastic bottle of opend water, almost empty. Two opened boxes of a womens intimate things. Me and my partner was too tired to even go down to the recieption and request for another room, so I let it go as my partner was no longer in the mood for more hassle. But as a woman I did not like it, if it weren't for my partner I would have done what is right for what I had paid for. It was like a crime scene to solve, all was well put up except for the two towels hanging on the glass door in the bathroom. Bottl water in the bathroom and boxes if womens intitmate things. Cup of coffee in the desk in the TV area. But rest is put up well. Seems to me the cleaning lady just used it opportunity to do her private things while working, thats very unproffesional. Never again staying here.

Dejligt personale, altid smilende og meget hjælpsomme. Værelser flotte og rene. Nem adgang med kørestol over det hele, kun lidt problemer med at anvende hjælpemidler da de ikke kunne gå ind under sengen. Men vi kommer igen.

Veldig fornøyd i det store og det hele, utenom at service telefonen ikke fungerte (noe de sa de hadde hatt problemer med tidligere og var på vei til å fikse). Et annet problem jeg også hadde i løpet av oppholdet mitt var irregulær temperatur i dusjen, det er det største nedtrekket for meg, da det kunne gå fra følelsen å bli brent til å få et isbad.

Nytt & Fräscht ! Kanonfrukost . Bra säng, godkänd kudde….men ETT stort täcke, ovanligt i Sverige. Det bli ju dragkamp om det ! Men somnade ändock gott efter ett glas cremant uppe i den härliga skybaren ! Dyr parkering men det verkar höra till hela Oslo För den pengen i Stockholm får man bilen nerkörd i garaget. Som helhet mycket bra !
