The hotel tends to be contemporary and very tidy. It provides various tourist guide services, such as a traditional Japanese food illustration seminar. Tour guide service is also available, but reservations are needed. At night, “takoyaki,” “draft beer,” and “apple juice” are free for customers while room keys are shown. Of course, the staff here is lovely and helpful. I had an enjoyable stay here.

We booked 6 months in advanced and we requested to be near to each other or one or max two floors apart because we have kids, they divided us into 2 floors very far, and than the clients just after us had rooms same floor as my family!!!! Plus the layout of the room is so inconvenient, and u don’t have a choice ton wake up everyone to wash ur hands, because the sink is in the middle of the living area. I didn’t have a good experience.

The corner room has great views, very spacious and comfortable. Very new and clean. The front garden is great for kids to run around. The evening activities are fun. The breakfast and cafe areas are great. The location is close to some attractions but far from the center. Near train lines is a plus, but also around some large pachinko parlors a minus.

Only one suggestion for the family deluxe room I was staying, where the space for each sleeping area were indeed big enough for a double size bed, would be even more convenient for large family members with couples. Near the Nankai Train Station and have express train to Kansai Airport. However, the hotel is definitely not a 5-star hotel! The staff's English cannot serve English Speaking Guests well. The night staff especially, cannot speak very well English. I left my card key in the room and have a hard time communicating with them. The housekeeping only change the towels and made the bed. They won't clean any left-over food nor change the dirty mugs. They don't clean the washing basin and tub.
