Resonable price at central city rocations. Rooms are spacious. If tolerable with limited reception open hours 7:00-21:00 other hours can not check-in and out. Tight parking entrance. No tisse paper supplied.

Great property! We stayed a night and had two rooms. Functional, spacious. We really enjoyed it and could walk downtown for Christmas markets in 15 min. Win! WiFi isn’t very strong and we didn’t try the breakfast. We bought from a local bakery and warmed up in the room instead.

That was okay
Room was well equipped and cleaned. Nice French windows. On the other hand furniture and amenities looked old and well-worn. Fridge and A/C unit were quite noisy. Wifi connection is okay for some social and messaging but not more. Staff is nice and polite but they acted like they do not care at all. Long story short: okay place for not-so-much money.

Pleasant, clean, but not fancy
The hotel is not far from the station and just a short 7-8 minute walk from the old part of the city. The hotel was more like a little apartment, and my room was spacious with stove, sink, and so on that would convenient for longer guests. Also, like an apartment, the housekeeping left me alone and didn’t come during my stay. The room was clean and pleasant, but not especially fancy, and the small details of the room (Lhasa seen better days. (There were marks on the walls, banged up trim, etc.) Overall, it was a good place to stay although not fancy or especially memorable. Nonetheless, I think it would be good place to stay for travelers on a budget.

4/10 Fair

This hotel’s location made for nice walks to take in the Christmas markets in Strasbourg, the point of our trip. We paid for breakfast at the hotel the first night but really not worth the 10 Euros, unless you drink 2 or 3 cups of coffee. All continental and all cold. Our main concern was a lack of hot water in the rooms ( we had two). After a short 5-6 minute shower the hot water would diminish and be unavailable for the next person. We were told that after the front desk came to reset a breaker in the room that it would be at least 2 hours for hot water. But more of a misery is that their staff goes home at 9:30 p.m. They leave an emergency phone number to call but travelling from Canada we did not have a cell to use. When our toilet stopped flushing, not plugged just not bringing in water, we were stuck until 7 am the next day. A most uncomfortable situation.

Not recommended
Room itself was ok, but the building itself is not ok. You can hear neighbors through the walls, even smell the food they are cooking.

The suite was large enough for 4 (maybe 5) to sleep in. Kitchenette was more than adequate with a table to seat all of us in the same room. There were several small issues (light bulb missing, battery missing from a remote) but that can all be solved fairly easily. Location is great, 600 m from the gare, 3 minutes from the large commercial center. To note: the hotel is next to the main train lines that come into Strasbourg, there is constant train traffic and our room faced the evening sun. It wasn't a big deal but I can imagine in Summer the room would be really warm. All the windows opened to create a nice breeze.

Good location and reasonably priced
We had a small apartment with a single bed and a separate double bed in another room. The kitchen facilities were useful (microwave, kettle). Parking inside the hotel is secure. We stayed for one night here as we went to a wine fair at the exhibition centre. I was a little hesitant to book because of the mixed reviews, but we were happy with our stay and the hotel (cleanliness and location). Check in was at 3pm and reception closes at 9.30pm. We arrived earlier in the day but we were able to get a key and leave our bags, so we did not have to rush back to check in. The staff members at reception were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is Euro 9 but we walked to a local bakery close by instead. I would happily stay here again, as it was very reasonably priced. The only negative was that we couldn't connect to the wifi but we only had a short stay, so that it did not really matter.

2 night stay
great staff; decent breakfast. check-in is 3pm. make sure to reserve your parking spot in advance: stop in front of hotel (one-way street) to get your parking code. the hotel is 2 buildings: parking in the middle. we parked the car & walked everywhere. room good sized; could use a little more cleaning-especially the exhaust vents. bed sheets & bathroom clean. separate living & bedroom. we were in the back building-balcony faced the lot & the construction next door. construction really isn't a big deal: they started at 7:30a & we were pretty much up by then anyway. we got back to the room around 4p or so, and they were done: very quiet otherwise. A/C worked great & it was hot! small kitchen. a solid 3.5 stars; would stay again: having a fridge is great; very central; secure parking. balcony was a plus!

Not far from the city center but all area looks odd. The hotel is small but room have everything. The best was private parking for 10 euro and friendly staff. Rooms are shabby and in ours the smell was unpleasant, as if somebody smoked before us.
