Stayed here as part of a Mum & Daughter shopping weekend. Plenty of parking under the hotel, efficient and plesant check in. Wed booked a deluxe room with a king and a single bed. Overall the stay was good. The room was clean and comfortable, with late breakfast available at weekends. The dining experience in the Inkwell bar/restaurant was very poor. Long waits at the bar to order even though there was enough staff. Ordered a steak, waitress was poor then had to go up to get a steak knife.
