Our stay was amazing, it was wonderful! Found the tub to be a little small for a couple, also noticed there was no door stop behind door stop behind bathroom door which we noticed caused a little bit of previous damage hitting the bedroom door moulding. The cave hot tub was amazing, hosts were very friendly and helpful. We stay in Banff lots and enjoy it every time as you always find something new to do. This was our first visit to this hotel and it did not let us down.

For the price, the condition of the hotel was pretty poor. In need of repairs. I was expecting a lot more for $700/night compared to the same style loft suit at the tunnel mountain resort for $455 which I found in much better shape.

I love staying at the Fox Hotel in Banff! The staff are always great, and I love having Chili's to start your night out. The grotto is the perfect way to relax and recoup after a day out. They're always accommodating, and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when I’m in Banff.
