Disappointed with stay
Location good, attached to train station but no noise heard from the station. Condition of hotel is dated and lots of things in suite not working especially in the bathroom. Corridors badly needed vacuuming. Pool area very limited. Breakfast extremely disappointing, especially the very bad attitude of the waiter, who went out of his way to be difficult. He turned off the coffee machines when I wanted to use them and went around with a trolley clearing plates and cutlery, throwing them into the trolley making a lot of noise. This did not make eating breakfast a relaxing experience, in fact I couldn’t wait to leave. I would not return. I can only assume the positive reviews are from the hotel staff.

Great stay
Fantastic location to get out and about on the train. About a 20 minute walk to the city centre. Massive bed, big bath towels - bit disappointing to see that tea, coffee and milk wasnt replenished daily. Good breakfast, but the hot food was a little on the cold side. Would stay again though.

Wonderful hotel in a great location. Pool is solar heated only. It was very quiet and clean. Breakfast was wonderful. The room itself, the suite was superb. If we go back to Malaga and need a place to stay, we know where we will book. Also, to mention that getting to the hotel from the airport is very simple and convenient. The rail line stops at the hotel.

Wonderful stay in this fab hotel.
The reception we received was friendly , welcoming and helpful. Our room was very spacious , decorated to a high standard and very clean. The bed was very comfortable with really comfy pillows. The bathroom was high spec and the shower one of the best of all my travels over the years. The rooftop area was lovely for having some chill out time and the bar staff were friendly. The lady who looked after our checkout was very helpful. The staff in this hotel are a big asset to the hotel. We will definitely be back next year.
