Both Expedia and hotel customer service are poor, there general attitude towards welfare of there customers is shamful , I booked this hotel through Expedia, through a mistake on Expedias side it booked wrong dates, I called straight away after booking confirmation and they wouldn't change or refund, it resulted in myself and my daughter having to spend the night in our car in Cadiz, it's like having a conversation with robots programmed to say the same thing.
