Highly recommend this hotel. The service from Front Desk Check in to housekeeping and restaurant staff were all sperb. An absolutely fabulous location in Old Port would definitely stay here again. Hotel Restaurant Gaspar and Terrace were both fantastic and delicious food and drinks.

Our cab pulled up to the property during a rainstorm and no sooner had our car door opened than a staff member emerged with an umbrella to escort us inside. That set the tone for a great stay. Charming and spacious property, well maintained, great staff. Old Montreal probably isn't convenient for business travelers, but we were on holiday and loved it.

Historic building, on the waterfront & beautiful.

The building is beautiful and historic, we had vistas of the water. It is a loud street, so there is nothing to be done about that if you have the windows open, which you should. The bedding was nice and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and it was clean.

The little touches and kindness wins

The hospitality here was great - the team were so kind and helpful. We went for a cheaper room that came with a bit of noise from the restaurant but all in all the place was relatively quiet - we opened our window and heard the roar of the bustle outside not realising how well soundproofed the windows were. The place was clean, bed was comfy and the restaurant serving breakfast was spot on. Perfect location for exploring the city.
