Door did not shut properly and needed to be pulled shut - it looked liked it had been broken into and mended in a makeshift way, so not secure. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN, QUITE SOUNDPROOF FROM OUTSIDE AREA, AIR CONDITIONED, BATHROOM WAS GOOD, CLEAN TOWELS, GOOD WALK IN SHOWER. WE HAD A BAR SNACK WHEN WE ARRIVED IN THE EVENING, WHICH WAS GOOD. PARKING IS PLENTY BUT AT ADDITIONAL COSTS. ONLY STAYED TWO NIGHT BUT ENJOYED IT - GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP ON A COMFY BED. DID NOT HAVE BREAKFAST HERE AS WE PREFER THE NEIGHBOURING ASH TREE FARM WHICH IS REASONABLY PRICED (BUFFET)

Upon arrival the receptionist was really helpful when checking in, and upgraded our room which was very kind! The room looked lovely and modern and had everything you needed for a few nights. The turn down service didn’t feel quite up to scratch, the bed wasn’t made like it was when we arrived, we didn’t use our plastic cups due to having marks from someone else using it, the hand soap had nothing left in the bathroom and the coffee pods weren’t replenished on turndown. Housekeeping slamming doors from first thing in the morning felt a bit disruptive when they could’ve been more careful. Overall ok but needs a few things going over to improve overall service.

Lovely lively hotel with a Starbucks in the lobby and a sports bar . They had a wedding the night we arrived so it was very busy but we had no noise issues at all on the 2nd floor in the club rooms. Very clean hotel with ample parking. Breakfast was really good and there are lots of restaurants close too. Perfect location with a tram stop close by. My family ( teen children) really enjoyed our stay and will be back 100% .

Upon entering, we were greeted with a smiling face, checked in promptly, opened the door to our 2 rooms, they were amazing, Clean, smelled fresh and new, the management really understands what is important to guests and have nailed it, we would definitely stay here again, this was our 3rd time, the Pool and Gym facilities are on parr with a premium gym. We spent two days in the pool and spa facilities. Excellent staff and friendly, well worth a stay. Thank you
