Good for a couple of days stay
Good hotel, next to business area. I had a gallery room which was pleasant however, fairly loud. The main downside was the lack of room service or a table to serve some food in the room.

2/10 Poor

The worst hotel experience!
Loft room - 1st impression was good as the room was clean and large. 1st night - fire alarm ~2am for 20 minutes. Alarm again on my 3rd night. 2nd night - leak from the ceiling at night due to rain. Front desk sent a maintenance guy who couldn't fix it. As I had 1 more night at the hotel (under a separate reservation), and I was informed there were no more available rooms, I asked the front desk if I should cancel and book elsewhere. I was asked to wait for ~30 min for the manager to arrive. As I had already missed some of my planned morning activities, I packed and headed to the front desk where I was told that they were able to find me another room, so I could leave my bags and return later. In the evening, I checked in, was charged (for the loft room), and headed to my new room. To my surprise, it was their cheapest room type (not loft). I went back to the front desk where they claimed it was the room type I booked, then later apologized as they thought I knew it would not be the same room type (after I was charged for the more expensive one). I was then offered 50% off of the price I paid, which I accepted (as it was now evening and I had nowhere else to go). However, I ended up being charged both the full amount PLUS 50% (total of 150%). I tried to get a refund for over a month and the hotel did not reply to my messages, nor to the Hotels.com reps. They later ended up refunding only the additional 50%, so now it remains that I overpaid for their smallest room.

6/10 Good

I had to walk around for 15 minutes to find the lobby; once I did I had to wait another 10 minutes for another group to check in. There were two attendants but only one seemed to be checking people in. The house music they had in the hallways was loud enough that I heard it in my room all night long. There's also music in the courtyard in front of the hotel, but that stops at 11:00 and doesn't start until 7:00. There's no vent in the bathroom, so I left the door open so while showering, but this caused the fire alarm in the room to go off. There's also a light directly above the toilet that I hit my head on multiple times. The hotel was pretty mediocre -- breakfast was decent though and there was good coffee in the room when they actually bothered to replace the Nespresso pods. The location was good for me though, so I'll probably suffer through it all again when I next go to Tel Aviv. At least I know where checkin is now!

4/10 Fair

Don't even think about it!!!
Terrible! From bell-boy service to check-in to the room (condition, features, settings). Everything just a joke! Don't expect anyone to come help you with your luggagessss when you parked in the front of the hotel. Even they see you carrying heavy luggages, no help. Someone even came to the car and asked me to moved the car. I will move after I unload my luggages. Check in, don't know what's going on, she did her own thing. After awhile of silence, 20+mins, said they need someone to go check if the room is ready, at 4pm. What? After long drive, forget about smooth check in. It is a 7mths new hotel, but it seems like 7 yrs old. Room, all electrics. Go figure. Try to turn on the lights when is very dark. No closet, no hangers, no where to hang jackets etc. No where to put your wet towels after you showered. No shower curtain, so expect to have wet floor after shower. One day there was a sudden building announcement in Hebrew while I was in the shower, all electricity when off; for not speaking the language, and heard a lot of people on the hallway. Immediately I went down from 3rd floor to the front counter, she just said is OK. Why can't they use the same announcement method to tell people it's a false alarm?! In English! After 30mins maybe the electricity came back (during power outage, you can't enter your room, room card won't work); Air conditioning doesn't work even the power is back. With 5 luggages would you hussel to change the room?? Expecting without help

The most terrible experience I have ever had with a hotel. I arrived at 3 am , impossible to find the recepception which is inside of a tower among many other towers that have the same address ( no instructions in the web about this at all). I was TWO HOURS in the street trying to find a way to the reception...finally another passanger help me to reach the recepition. There, a very discorteus lady let me waiting for another 30 minutes for the checkin ( she didnt know what to do! ). They didnt want to accept my debit card ( " hotel rules") which I have used for many years all over the world. She forced me to pay cash for " any problem the hotel might have with me ( " hotel rules " again) . I have writen to the general manager to speak with him about this.....no answer at all. On top of that I was adviced that if I want my room to be clean I have to go EVERY DAY to the recepción to ask for It. More over, when I ask about breakfast service ( at what time and where) the lady answer was " you might better have breakfast out of the hotel because is cheaper and better!!! Until now, two days latter I have no answer to my messages to the hotel about this situación and of course no apologize at all. Terrible experience!

Good location, terrible staff!
The rooms are so dark it is hard to navigate in them. And the windows face other windows so opening the curtains is not an option. As for the parking, it is EXTREMELY expensive and the hotel staff did not inform us there is a 50% discount for the hotel guests. When we approached them about this issue they completely dismissed us. The reception manager ignored our repeated requests to speak with her, though she was just nearby when we checked out, and no one offered us any sort of solution to this issue that was a clear malfunction on their part!
