Noisy Accommodation
The toilet cistern was faulty and despite asking for it to be fixed it still didn’t work properly in room 415. People staying in rooms next to us were so noisy and kept slamming doors throughout first night, waking us up. Unlike Premier Inn guests do t seem to care about other guests. We had to leave the 2nd night due to a family emergency but thankfully it meant we got a quiet night sleep in our own bed!

A lovey stay
When I arrived a power cut had caused a disruption to checking in. I was offered a free drink and was manually let into my room around 45 minutes later. Ivy was super lovey, and they explained everything about what happened clealy. The bedroom was clean and comfy, I did get a little chilly and couldn't work the thermostat, but it wasn't that much of an issue for me to mention to reception.

I really enjoyed my stay, there was a bit of a hiccup with check in this was due to a power cut and the staff were very accommodating. Its only a 10 min walk to pubs and clubs. All in all I would definitely stay again.

Yeah, first time in Leeds and this hotel is decent. I would definitely stay here again although if I was going to the First Direct Arena id maybe choose something closer as its about a good 35 minute walk!

Good value hotel with perfectly adequate breakfast included. Room was a good size with everything we needed for a one night stay. Parking adjacent to hotel was 8 pounds a night. Only one lift operating and issue with check in so only 4 star rating but would definitely use again.

Nice hotel
Excellent location and lovely hotel. Only gripe was not enough staff at 5pm and had to wait a while to get a drink from the bar. A little tip for future us if you are having breakfast get in the dining area early as it get very busy after 9am( not a criticism) just an observation. Breakfast excellent
