I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and prefer this district of Barcelona to others that I have stayed at. The hotel was clean, room spacious, shower good and nice and quiet. My room was facing into the courtyard. The rooftop area was small but when I used it I was able to get a sun bed for the time I needed. It’s a10 minute walk to the beach front which is fantastic for going for a run in either direction. The breakfast was good enough for me, I didn’t have an evening meal on this visit as wanted to explore the local restaurants of which there are many with lots of choice. There is a nice Irish bar that serves a lovely pint of Guinness on the same street as well where I was able to watch the football also. I would stay here again providing the price was right still.

Excellent location, close to the best beach in the city and residential neighbourhood with good restaurants and grocery stores. However, it is a bit far from main tourist attractions. The room is huge, but the furniture is of lower quality. Overall the room quality is a bit lower than what one might expect for a 4-star hotel.

Spacious, clean room and bathroom with good soundproofing. Secure entry with a guard or room card access. Large, comfortable lobby with clean elevators. Just a 7-minute walk to the beach—a great bonus. Would definitely return.

The hotel was fine, the bathroom was definitely in need of refurbishment but the rest of the place was good. Would definitely come back as the location is so good. 8 min walk to the beach and lots of restaurants and ice cream shops nearby.

Loved the location. Not the hustle and bustle of the central city area, yet in easy reach of the city centre (bus, metro - Llacuna station, even walking), and of course - a leisurely stroll down to the beachfront. Poblenou Rambla - bars and restaurants a plus. Hotel staff friendly too.

Really enjoyed our stay and would return if staying in Barcelona again. This hotel was around 5/10 minute walk from the beach and very close to buses and the L4 metro route. The rooms were huge. The staff were also very accommodating and very friendly! Breakfast was lovely also! A small amount of cooked but very clean and tidy hotel!

This was a comfortable, luxurious stay while we were in Barcelona. It's far away enough from the chaos of downtown, but close enough to explore and enjoy the delights of the city. This is located in a clean, quiet neighbourhood, with all the amenities. We really enjoyed being in a residential neighbourhood, a mere 10 minute walk from the beautiful beach. The breakfast was great and we definitely recommend staying here.

I did not like most of the staff. They were not warm nor friendly. When I asked questions they acted as if I was bothering them or that I was not intelligent. It was my first trip to Spain and Poblenou so naturally I would have questions.. I was disappointed in the people of that town. I di not feel welcomed as an American. I was polite, smiled and used manners and still was not treated with respect.

It's an excellent hotel and very near Llacuna tube stop. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful, dining staff in the evenings could be more attentive. We had dinner on two occasions and both times had to wait until staff came to show us a table. Breakfast staff were excellent and went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed the delicious breakfast.

The hotel and room were clean. It’s next to many dining options and the train. The hotel had European outlets in the room so if traveling from the US bring your own outlet adapter. They also do not have “wash cloths” to wash your body so bring your own.
