The room was clean and the staff courteous. The fire alarm went off at 12:00 am —it was a false alarm. Then something was ringing every fire to five seconds all night in our room. It was the phone and even when I pused the messages button it continues to beep. Needless to say a horrible nights sleep.

Friendly staff, clean room, had some minor cosmetic issues but nothing that affected our stay. The rooms are not carpeted so they noises echo. Pillows not great but the bed is comfy.

We were in town for a dance competition that weekend. Sparks was perfectly located nearby the venue which was convenient for the early morning show time. Our stay was quiet, the room clean, and the staff were friendly.

sticky floor
The wood floor in the room was very sticky on my bare feet, so much so that my feet stuck to the bath mat when I stepped on it. Also felt sticky on my shoes. I reported that at checkout.
Otherwise, a clean, comfortable room with excellent, friendly and professional staff. I would stay again.
