We stayed a whole week and they never found our reservation! They just put us in a small spare room they had and our door code changed on us everyday so we can do go to the office (that closed at 5pm) everyday to get a new code. They said they were going to call Expedia but they never did and we couldnt get ahold of Expedia. The place itself was nice but this constant issue put a big damper on our trip. Also we found out the property was sold and put under a new name so we almost couldnt find it.

El PEOR hotel en el que me he hospedado!
La PEOR estadía que he tenido en mi vida! Todas las paredes y piso estaban manchadas, no hacen bien la limpieza, el baño es mínimo, ni siquiera ponen toallas suficientes, no cuentan con aire acondicionado, no tienen un gerente que esté ahí para resolver las quejas, el desayuno que incluye es demasiado pobre. Además, me fui por las pobres condiciones del hotel y NO hubo forma de que me hicieran el reembolso! Un robo y la peor experiencia!

The lady who cleaned was too lazy for that job, she did not pick up trash in the bathroom, she did not sweep, she never had hand towels, nor did she check if there was soap for bathing and for hands, she only changed the sheets twice and that was because she we said. Cleaning is only from Monday to Friday

Best Hotel EVER! Every single member of the staff from the security to the cleaners to the receptionists are completely professional and super courteous, making the whole experience feel like a true vacation even if you are working. There is an incredible pool heated to the perfect temperature , a nice restaurant with Amazing views, and basically everything you need within a few minute’s walk. The security is what I felt most grateful for.I have spent years visiting back and forth and would definitely recommend Icon 100 to anyone looking for only the best.

Overall a great place to stay with friendly staff very helpful and accomodating , the only downside the room is small makes you feel claustraphobic and in humid conditions as the room has NO Air conditioning so having the window open at night is not a good option due to traffic noise and not happy and being lied to by a member of staff that informed us the room was temperature control . Better options for sure.

Worst restaurant and service
The property and the room was excellent! The restaurant in the 11 floor has been the worst restaurant in the 25th countries that I have visited and traveled. In more than 2 occasions it took the 40 minutes to prepare and serve a simple Ham and Cheese Omelette when the restaurant had little customers. The Coffee took and average of 10 minutes to prepare and they didn’t have regular sugar and 5 out of 5 times the coffee was warm and not HOT like a real cup of coffee should be served. I stayed at this place for 12 days and stopped eating there and walked down the street to a place called BROT where I had the best service, Coffee and breakfast!

Good enough, far for great
The hotel has beautiful pictures, although the reality is somehow different. The location feels dangerous, especially at night, at least two blocks around the building. The facilities are ok, beautiful cafe with lovely views and good service. We took the not-so-small room, but it felt tiny; even the bed did not feel like a queen size. There were some cleaning issues, with some long hairs all over (I am bold, so not mine). Overall I think it is a place to spend one or two nights when you go only to sleep.

Cuando ingrese mostré mi residencia americana y me cobraron por impuesto del que estaba exenta, hablé con la persona encargada y me dijo que su jefe había dicho que ella se tenía que ‘parar duro’ palabras textuales y cobrarme ese dinero. Cuando ingrese a la habitación no servía el internet y tampoco tenía canales de tv locales funcionando, y como si fuera poco la puerta de el baño no cerraba porque estaba más grande que el marco de la pared. No me gustó hospedarme allí.
