Great hotel, perfect location and excellent staff
We visited for a few days over Christmas 2024. There is nothing bad to say about this hotel, the breakfast, rooms and location was great and the staff is excellent. The hotel is in the middle of the old quarter, but we weren’t bothered by the noise at all. Walking distance to all sights. Would absolutely recommend!

This hotel was brilliant from start to finish. The service was top notch with very friendly staff. The room was spacious and well appointed and luxurious and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. Location was right amongst the action of Old Quarter Hanoi. I cannot express enough how lovely this hotel is from both the rooms, locations, sky bar, and especially the service! Hanna at the front desk and Kim at the Sky Bar are just phenomenal. Everyone else was so sweet too, but those two really made it feel like our Vietnam home!

The staff are absolutely amazing especially Luna. They really go the extra mile to ensure you have an awesome time. Also because we stayed during our birthday they made it extra special with a cake and birthday balloons and birthday sign. The breakfast is great, there is a lot to choose from which is great.
