Sugiero que quentan cobijas mas gruesas en la zona y en el edificio las habitaciones tienden a ser muy frias y con la ropa de cama no es suficiente y el calentador que nos proporcionaron fue solo 1 y realmente no calentaba.

Terrible experiencia, no lo recomiendo
Pésima experiencia desde la llegada, no hay lugar para dejar el auto mientras se hace el check in, el personal de frontdesk super despotas y el personal de vigilancia que asigna el estacionamiento es totalmente un desastre, persona grosera, sin la mínima capacitación para atención al cliente. El estacionamiento es un desastre no hay señalización esuy complicado encontrar donde estacionarte. Ya en el depa, no habia papel de baño y en teléfono que ponen para hablar a recepción nadie contestó. Así mismo nunca encontré la clave de wifi. Experiencia totalmente decepcionante

Buenas tardes! Para empezar no es un apart hotel, es un departamento. El acceso es horrible, no hay señales y hay muy mala comunicación con el personal del supuesto hotel con los departamentos. El checking fue horrible, no pudieron explicar ni dónde estacionar el carro. No había personal. El departamento sucio, no tenía jabón ni shampoo, ni una botella de agua. Esa propiedad no debería hacer parte de expedía
