Not a terrible stay, but I would be cautious when booking. The property is in need of some TLC, and cleanliness could definitely be improved. Our room wasn't awful, but the bathroom floors were noticeably slimy, making it seem like only a quick surface cleaning had been done without much attention to detail.
Our biggest disappointment was the staff. The manager was not particularly friendly and came across as someone who really dislikes his job. The bright spot during our stay was a sweet woman who appeared to be in training when we checked in. She was the only employee who seemed genuinely friendly, welcoming, and accommodating.
Unfortunately, the older gentleman working the night shift was equally unhelpful. After returning late from a game, we couldn't find a parking spot and our room key wasn't working. Instead of offering assistance, he stood at the door and watched us struggle to get inside. When we mentioned that the only available parking was in a premium member spot because the lot was full, he sarcastically replied that they were "fully booked" and walked away.
The hotel itself has potential, but the lack of customer service and attention to detail significantly impacted our experience. The employees are doing this property a disservice.
