Great hotel but breakfast could be improved
The room was good and spacious. Parking very convenient and good location easy to access and walking distance from the city center. The spa is a wonderful plus. I just wish the breakfast was better like other hotels in the area that offer more cheeses and charcuterie. I rather have the Nespresso at breakfast than in my room.

Good value, but do not expect a real 4* hotel
We booked a room for one night so we could spend the night near the airport before an early flight the next day. The hotel is located in a quiet part of town, right by the water, with free parking nearby. Upon arrival, the check-in desk is quite hard to find (you need to go to the bar). Staff was really nice. We stayed in a room on the second floor which didn’t look as large and recently remodeled as the pictures on hotels.com suggest - we were surprised this is even rated 4-stars. 3-stars would be more appropriate, in my opinion. The bathroom was of decent size with a large shower. The bed was comfortable (not too firm, not too soft, just right).
All in all, a little disappointed with the room, but the price we paid (less than $100/night) and the friendliness of the staff made up for it. A good hotel for our needs.

A clean and comfortable hotel
I had a good stay in this clean and comfortable hotel. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfy and the finishes were new. There were a few minor items that could be improved though. The balcony door didn’t lock which wasn’t an issue for me but might be for others. The drapes only had black outs and not a set of sheers. Again - no problem for me but could impact someone else. As with most hotels I found a lack of hooks for hanging things up annoying, particularly in the bathroom. For example there was no place to hang a hand towel next to the sink. Other than those small issues the room and my stay were great. The staff is very friendly and helpful and there are a lot of amenities at the hotel. The breakfast was ok - nothing special but worth getting because there are no real options nearby. The hotel is 12 or 15 miles outside of Strasbourg but you can take a local train that will get you there in 20 minutes for 10 euros round trip. The train station is a ten minute walk from the hotel. All in all this hotel is good option if you need to stay in the Strasbourg area.

Tout dans cet hôtel se détache de beaucoup d’autres établissements. L’écoute d’abord. Puis la bienveillance et de nombreux petits détails qui nous font sentir bien et accueillis. De l’accueil, à la salle à manger, à la chambre, au service du personnel attitré aux chambres. Franchement, un lieu privilégié qui mérite un détour.

Anniversaire gâché
J'ai réservé un week-end Spa pour mon anniversaire dans une chambre confort. Mais surprise, quand j'allume la douche il y avait de l'eau qui inondait le plafond. Quand je le signale, on me fait comprendre qu'il n'y avait pas de technicien le week-end. Et on ne me propose même pas de changer de chambre. Après le ménage le samedi, je retrouve de l'eau dans le gel douche. Quand je le signale, l'interlocutrice me dit qu'ils n'ont pas de gel douche. J'ai du insister pour m'entendre dire qu'ils n'ont que du shampoo et apres-shampoo. La poubelle n'a pas été vidée, les tasses n'ont pas été nettoyée et les bouteilles vides pour l'eau sont restées dans la chambre. Et comme si c'était pas assez, pendant le restaurant du samedi soir, mon époux et moi ont été placés près du chauffage, un endroit très mal éclairé malgré une réservation dans laquelle on mentionne l'occasion. Les verres de vin commandés avec le repas ont été oubliés. Je repars déçue de ce séjour dans cet hôtel où pourtant je suis une cliente habituée.
