Very basic, lacking items like cups
The hotel is dated, in poor repair. Only one of the two elevators was working. The room had nothing in it, no cups, soap, etc. completely bare except bedding and towels. The safe was missing its door. View was of construction.

Acomodação: camas e colchões em decomposição, rasgados e sujos. Limpeza: lamentável, camareiras com má vontade, até mesmo para recolher lixo das lixeiras, em um dia em especial eu mesma recolhi. Toalhas de banho em decomposição. Gastronomia: Fiz um pedido de 2 pratos bem simples, após uma hora de espera fomos questionar a demora, (todos deram uma desculpa diferente), finalmente descobrimos que o atendente havia esquecido de enviar o pedido para cozinha. Elevador: somente 1 em funcionamento precário. Ar-condicionado: regular Manutenção das instalações: dos banheiros tudo despencando. Não havia ganchos suficiente para toalhas e roupas molhadas. Alguns quartos tinham secador, outros não. Atendimento: Interação e profissionalismo do pessoal, Atendimento fraco e lento na recepção. Café da manhã: regular. Localização: Ótima localização.

O bom do hotel é a localização. Nosso quarto e andar estava em péssimas condições. Colchão velho e ruim, quarto com infiltração, bamheiro com rachaduras, maçaneta do banheiro estava solta. Um dos elevadores estragou na segunda e assim ficou até quarta-feira.

Não se hóspede nesse péssimo hotel
Local ridículo, elevador quebrado, hóspedes tendo que subir e descer escadas num calor infernal. Não fornecem travesseiros extra nem toalha para piscina. Não indico para ninguém este péssimo hotel, a única coisa positiva são os funcionários que tentam sempre ser o mais possível possivel prestativos. Obra ao lado do hotel o que causa um barulho terrível logo cedo, toda vez que desejar acessar ao quarto precisa magnetizar o cartão na recepção.
